Aims and Scope

The purpose of the journal "Odesa National University Herald. Jurisprudence" is to cover the latest research, technologies and discoveries in the field of jurisprudence.

The main tasks of the journal are:

1. promotion of exchange of scientific research, innovative technologies and practical experience between scientists, teachers and practitioners in the field of legal sciences;

2. publication of the results of scientific research to be taken into account when evaluating the results of the scientific activity of institutions of higher education, scientific institutions, as well as scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers and for their attestation, when evaluating projects of scientific research submitted to tenders for financing at the expense of the state or local budgets;

3. publication of the main scientific results of dissertations by degree holders and studies of applicants for the award of scientific titles for official recognition of publications.
