THE CONCEPT OF THE SPORT LAW: THE REVIEW OF THE KEY ASPECTS

Abstract

In the article it is drawn the conclusion that the sport law is rather independent and complex branch of legal system as in the sport law norms, which by nature are rather effective, are integrated, and with objective need govern the specific sport relations which do not fall under a sphere of influence of other primary branches of law and also include norms of other branches of law in parts that is caused by difficulty and complexity of a subject of the sport law which in this regard integrates not only purely sport relations, but also other types of public relations of the other branches of law, connected with them (administrative, labor, civil, economic, etc.). As for a method of legal regulation of the sport law, this branch of legal system applies as imperative (obligatory, directive, a method of obligatory instructions), and dispositive (autonomous, a coordination method) methods of regulation of the public relations.
