Abstract

The legal influence as a multifaceted legal phenomenon іs researched in this article.
Attention is drawn to the fact that the delineation of lawful and unlawful behavior, in the context of consideration of the issue of legal influence, is of fundamental importance, since it is directly related to the allocation of regulatory and protective functions of law and the division of legal relations into regulatory and protective ones.
It is concluded that legal regulation is carried out not only at the level of legalization, but also at the level of lawmaking. Therefore, even when legal regulations are
not implemented in the behavior of subjects of law, it will be incorrect to assert that there is no legal regulation.
