JUDICIARY PRACTICE AS SOURCES OF LAW IN UKRAINE

Abstract

In article features signs of normativity of the judicial acts and possibility of confession the practice of the Constitutional Court of Ukraine, Supreme Court of Ukraine and European Court of human rights as sources of law in Ukraine. The conclusion is drawn, that practice of these judicial authoritys needs to be included in system of sources law of Ukraine.
