Abstract

This article is devoted to the legal category of «interest protected by law» as an element, which can determine the object and the method of intellectual property law. Analyzes a dualistic approach to define the method of intellectual property law and the specific of the object of intellectual property law. Made a conclusion about necessity of inclusion to the subjects of intellectual property law the bearers of interests protected by law.
