PROPERTY RIGHTS WHILE CONSTRUCTING MMULTYSTORIED BUILDING

Abstract

Analysis of the current legislation and legal doctrine to define legal nature of property rights while building a block of flats. Special attention is paid to expediency of avoiding to view property rights as law of property and development of property rights’ turnover.
