Abstract

Question about the cognizance of businesses in relation to the appeal of notarial actions, refuse in their feasance, notarial acts is sufficiently actual, an important theoretical value has not only, however and direct practical application.
Positions of civil judicial legislation of Ukraine, that regulate the question of cognizance of civil cases are analysed in the article, in particular, businesses about the appeal of notarial actions, refuse in their feasance, notarial acts.
