PROBLEMS OF CLASSIFICATION OF THE LEGAL FACTS IN LABOUR LAW

Abstract

This article analyzes the main approaches to the classification of the legal facts in legal science. On this basis, the most common criteria for the classification of the legal facts in the labor law are studied in order to identify the specific properties and legal facts as prerequisites for creation, change and termination of labor relations.
