HUMAN RIGHTS: FROM EXCLUSIVE EXPERIENCE TO LEGAL STANDARTIZATION

Abstract

In the article has been reviewed the possibility of forming unified legal space by creating the certain standards of human rights. We analyzed the correlation between the legal status of the individual and the community in the systems of traditional and European law. The research demonstrates the process of synthesis of traditional and European law, reception of traditional rights of peoples of the East to the European as the right of minorities.
