THE NOTION OF THE RIGHT TO STRIKE AND ITS BASIC CHARACTERISTICS

Abstract

The article centres around the problematic points of the workers realization of their right to strike.The content and the main characteristics of strike like extreme measure for satisfying employees demands in labour conflict were made more precise. Steps of establishing and development of international strike movement were also the subject of research.
