THE PRINCIPLE OF PUBLICITY OF PROPERTY RIGHTS AND ITS IMPLEMENTATION IN UKRAINE

Abstract

The article describes the content and peculiarities of implementation of the principle of publicity of property rights in the civil legislation of Ukraine. The author gives the proposals as to improvement of the rules of law in this sphere.
