Abstract

The administrative-legal adjusting of energy-savings and energy supply is impossible without facilities of persuasion and encouragement as stimulant measures of affecting subjects of relations of energy supply and use of electric power, and also application of measures of administrative compulsion as measure of reacting on violations of legislation in this sphere.
