SOME ASPECTS OF PROTECTION OF THE RIGHTS OF CHILDREN IN THE LIGHT OF INTERNATIONAL AGREEMENTS

Abstract

The article is devoted to problems of the ratio of international law and national legislation in the field of children’s rights. In the case of the European Convention on Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms, the analysis of the Constitution of Ukraine, Civil Code of Ukraine and other acts of national legislation which regulates the rights and interests of children, the gaps in the legal regulation of protection of the children’s rights are revealed, and proposals for their improvement are formulated.
