ON THE STATE REGISTRATION OF THE PROPERTY RIGHTS ON REAL ESTATE

Abstract

The article examines from the legal point of view the civil legislation of Ukraine concerning the state registration of the property rights on real estate in the context of the principle of publicity of property rights. Using the results of the analysis the author gives the suggestions as to improvement of the rules of law in this sphere.
