SOME PROBLEMS OF CLASSIFICATION OF CIVIL-LAW CONTRACTS

Abstract

The problem of selection of classification criteria for building a clear system of civil contracts and research of the legal nature of these civil contract are examined in the article. On the example of a mortgage agreement the theory of an integrated approach to the use of simultaneous multiple classification criteria is proved.
