IMPLEMENTATION OF INTERNATIONAL HEALTH REGULATIONS IN AFRICA

The article deals with the role and place of the International Health Regulations in the fight against infectious diseases. The implementation of the International Health Regulations in Africa is analysed. The main areas of activity of the African Centers of Regional Cooperation for the Control and Prevention of Diseases are investigated. The activities of the African Centers for Regional Cooperation for the Control and Prevention of Diseases on the Implementation of the International Health Regulations have been unveiled.
