Abstract

Articles sanctified to the study to correlation of concepts «labour contract», «labour agreement», «agreements about labour». Essence, maintenance and characteristic signs of labour agreement, is studied. Historical development of understanding of essence and value of term «labour agreement» and «agreements is investigated about labour». Modern maintenance of the indicated terms turns out. Drawn conclusion in relation to expediency of the use of such concepts in a labour right.
