Abstract

Category a substantial value has a «trust» for a labour right. Most relations between the participants of process of labour are had confiding character. It is set that a labour legislation contains some failings in the legal adjusting of discharging an employee in the case of loss of trust: vagueness of concept «losses of trust»; absence of list of professions and positions which the proper foundation of discharge can be applied in relation to.
