THE FORCED LABOUR PROHIBITION PRINCIPLE AND ITS REALIZATION IN A LABOUR AGREEMENT

Abstract

One of fundamental principles of labour right is freedom of labour, proclaimed the art. 43 Constitutions of Ukraine. Its important constituent is freedom from the forced labor. Term «labour» in ch. 3 to the art.43 Constitutions of Ukraine used in the wide understanding and engulfs the different types of activity, which can be regulated both a legislation about labour and norms of other fields of law.
