THE CONCEPT OF THE LEGAL DOCTRINE AND ITS PLACE AND ROLE IN THE LEGAL LIFE OF THE SOCIETY

Abstract

The concept of the Legal Doctrine, its place and role in the legal life of the society has been defined in the Article. The Author has demonstrated how the legal science and the legal practice are intertwined, which can be seen in the following: on the one hand, the mission of the legal science is to solve problems arising in the social — legal sphere; on the other hand, the legal practice is capable to influence essentially not only the statement of scientific problems, but also the way of resolving them.
