OBJECTIVE STRUCTURE OF SEPARATE PROPERTY

Abstract

In the article theoretical and practical problems of application of Ukrainian Family and Civil Codes’ norms are analyzed. On the basis of the current legal regulations, family and civil theoretical, especially touching the separate property of a spouseindividual entrepreneur, proposals to improve UFC’ norms are elaborated.
