CONTRACT OF CONCESSION: ITS CONCLUSION, PERIOD OF VALIDITY AND ESSENTIAL TERMS UNDER THE LEGISLATION OF UKRAINE

Abstract

The paper deals with an important problem of civil law characterization of the complex in its legal nature concession agreement. A special attention is given to the debatable questions of agreement signing, its duration, and the key terms. A comparison is made between the legislation systems of Ukraine and Russian Federation. According to the author, it is urgently needed to investigate the features of the designated agreement in the Ukrainian market economy, and start leveraging its advantages.
