CONTENTS OF FREEDOM OF CONTRACT INTO LABOR LAW
Abstract
This article is accented attention on the analysis of the concept of freedom of contract in labor law. Justified, despite the fact that freedom of contract in labor law is a source of freedom contract in civil matters, yet significantly different in character from us certain that is caused by the specifics of labor relations. Vesta with the specific nature of the relationship between employee and employer should have no impact on the implementation of the principle of freedom of contract and restrict it, but only in a certain way can alter its in accordance with the objectives of the employment relationship.
