OWNER OR HIS AGENT PARTY AS THE LABOR RELATIONSHIP

Abstract

The article deals with the relations of authority of the owner and his agent for the possibility of determining the authorized owner of the body as well as the head of the employer. The conclusions about the need to amend the Labor Legislation of Ukraine, namely the exclusion of the term «authorized by the owner agency» among employers. The term «owner» should be corrected by the term «employer».
