FEATURES OF LIABILITY WORKERS AS SUBEEKTA LABOR RELATIONS

Abstract

In article features of responsibility of the worker as subject of labour relations of the right are analysed. Development of scientific thought concerning concept of responsibility of the worker of the labour right has been analysed, and also conditions and the bases of occurrence of disciplinary and material components are defined. Collisions and blanks in legal regulation of responsibility of the worker are defined, offers on improvement of the project of the Labour code of Ukraine are formulated.
