DISCHARGE FROM CUSTOM ORGAN AS TYPE OF DISCIPLINARY PENALTY

Abstract

It is set in the article, that a discharge, as measure of disciplinary influence, provides implementation the public servant of custom organs of duty to test unpleasant consequences as limitations of the personal character, and requires founding for the application. A discharge is applied only in those cases, when other measures of disciplinary influence are outspent and did not give a positive effect.
