Abstract

In the article the range and content of the basic principles of monitoring and surveillance, as defined in the legislation of Ukraine and are offered by individual scientists, clarifies the principles of system control and surveillance activities in the sphere of land relations, characterized by its individual species, proposes changes and additions to the normative legal acts of the investigated issues.
