OBJECTIVE STRUCTURE OF SEPARATE PROPERTY

Abstract

In the article theoretical and practical problems of application of Ukrainian Family Code’ norms are analyzed. On the basis of the current legal regulations, family and civil theoretical, especially touching the determination of separate property, proposals to improve UFC’ norms are elaborated.
