THE CONCEPT, ROLE AND VALUE OF A LABOUR CONTRACT

Abstract

The question of essence, role and value of the labour contract are investigated. It is shown that the concept and value of the labour contract of modern legal regulation of labour relations in Ukraine do not answer its primary goal: to act as a guarantee of protection of the rights of the worker at settlement of individual labour relations.
