THE EMPLOYEE’S REMOVAL IN CASE COMING TO WORK IN A STATE OF ALCOHOLIC INTOXICATION

Abstract

The article is devoted to the employee’s removal in case coming to work in a state of alcoholic or drug intoxication. The labour legislation about this issue has been analyzed. The art. 46 labour Code is offered to introduce amendment: in case employee’s coming to work in a state of intoxication employer is bound by law to remove employee from work.
