Abstract

In the article analysed and generalized experience of foreign countries of the relatively normatively-legal adjusting in the field of the pension system on age and possible borrowing and introduction of progressive norms of the pension system on age of other countries.Special attention has been given to terms which need a person, to get a pension on age on general grounds (age, experience, periods which are taken into account to experience), its structure.
