PROTECTION OF HUMAN RIGHTS AND THE CITIZEN: FOREIGN EXPERIENCE

Abstract

It is shown that the international standards of protection of human rights and the citizen are a minimum level of maintenance of the rights of the person in litigation, and also should be considered concerning features of their application by consideration of administrative affairs. It is established that for Ukraine important there is an account of the best achievements of the European states in the field of judicial protection of the rights of the person in relations with bodies of the public power and higher standards embodied in the legislation of the separate European states.
