PROCEDURE OF REDUCTION OF NUMBER OR STAFF OF WORKERS

Abstract

In article the theoretical and practical problems connected with cancellation of the labour contract under the initiative of the employer on the basis of reduction of number or staff of workers are considered. The attention is paid to the order and conditions of firing of workers for this reason, stages of procedure of firing of workers are separately allocated. By the results of this article a number of propositions on improvement norms of Labour Law is formulated.
