FEATURES OF DISCIPLINARY RESPONSIBILITY PUBLIC PROSECUTOR’S OFFICERS ON LABOR LEGISLATION OF UKRAINE

Abstract

This article analyzes the specifics of legal regulation of labor regulations in the prosecution, labor’s discipline and basis of disciplinary responsibility public prosecutor’s officer. Determine main problems of application of disciplinary sanctions to prosecutor’s officer and proposed solutions. Suggestions on improving the relevant legal provision in this series.
