FORMS OF ADVOCACY OF THE LABOUR RIGHTS OF EMPLOYEES FROM THE DISCRIMINATION

Abstract

Forms of advocacy of the labour rights of employees from the discrimination have been researched in the paper. They are classified on jurisdictional and unjurisdictional. In jurisdictional form assigned general and specific order of advocacy of the labour rights and interests conserved by a law. Arbitration procedures, self-advocacy and social advocacy are unjurisdictional forms.
