TO A QUESTION OF PROTECTION OF THE WORKER FROM ABUSE BY THE RIGHT BY THE EMPLOYER

Abstract

The notion of category «abuse of right» is disclosed in this article. The problem of abuse of right by an employer is analysed. The main forms of an employee’s labour rights protection and varieties of measures to protect labour rights are cleared up.
