PROBLEMS OF REALIZATION OF THE LAND AUCTIONS IN UKRAINE

Abstract

The issue is dedicated to the analysis of the most important problems of modern land market. Author analyses the norms of domestic law and on a basis of such investigation makes a conclusion about imperfection of the legislative regulation of land legal relations in Ukraine nowadays.
The author considers introduction of the settled procedure of realization of the land auctions to be one of methods of the permission of some problems arising in sphere of land legal relations.
The author indicates collisions in the legislation which cause difficulties in functioning of the land market. Examples of attempts of settlement of the relations connected about realization of the land auctions in the order of local governments are resulted.
As a result of the research the author makes conclusions that as of today realization of the land auctions is not settled and consequently does not meet the requirement of the law.
